Word meditation is a very SIMPLE, but POWERFUL kind of meditation technique in which YOU BRING ALL YOUR FOCUS ON JUST THE WORD.
This app is meant for BEGINNERS and INTERMEDIATE level practitioners of meditation.
If you feel meditation is DIFFICULT to master or NOT RELEVANT to your current aim, you have come to the right place. Word meditate app will always keep it RELEVANT TO YOU.
Meditation has INNUMERABLE benefits. This app will help you to develop the HABIT of meditation and ensure you get benefits on a PERSONAL GOAL/AIM/ASPIRATION level.
**NO ADS** (Just need your 5 stars)
This is how word meditation app will help you :-
a) You meditate on the GOAL/AIM/IMPROVEMENT_AREA of your choice. This personal touch, increases effectiveness by many times. (Eg: If you focus on word "FITNESS", the goal will be memorized by your sub-conscious mind through meditation and you will daily take steps towards achieving it) The fact that you are able to pick meditation as a habit, by focusing on single thought/word, is enough to trigger all benefits of meditation.
b) The animation around the word helps you bring attention of the wandering mind and thus you do not sense any other distraction, as your most powerful sense of vision, is already affixed to screen/word.
c) You can write the word to meditate on in ANY LANGUAGE. It can even be an EMOJI present on your keyboard.
d) The background timer and no disturbance (full screen) view ensures that you make the most (and deviate focus the least) while meditating.
e) Other settings like DIRECTION of animation, shape of ripples (CIRCLE/SQUARE), FONT SIZE and FREQUENCY of ripples are given for you to tweak as per your choice.
f) Get BLISSED
WHY I MADE THIS APP:
In today's world of addictive video/image sharing apps and equivalently addictive/violent games, we need a proven & universal solution to counter them. I believe meditation has the power to bring positive results to this problem and it can suit any age group. As meditation can be perceived as a complex activity, I made this app to make it simple enough as well as effective.
Always pick...meditation over medication.
Would like to hear any suggestions you have or whether the application has helped you in any manner.
